    Where requested and available, we work with suppliers to review preferred fibres, recycled-content options and supporting material documentation. Availability is confirmed for each order rather than assumed.

  3. Order planning and repeat production

    Practical minimum-order planning, small-batch support and retained production records can reduce unnecessary stock and make approved repeat orders more consistent.

  4. Responsible supplier collaboration

    We favour stable working relationships, clear production requirements and traceable communication with partner facilities. Buyer audit, testing or documentation needs should be identified before production.
